Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) from our warehouse in Richmond, Virginia. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
United States shipping
- Free Economy shipping on orders of $50 or more. Delivery takes 5–8 business days after shipment.
- UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver are available at checkout. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
Canada
We ship to Canada with UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Saver and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
International
We ship to most other countries with DHL eCommerce, DHL Express and FedEx International Connect Plus. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Where available, duties and taxes can be prepaid at checkout. Otherwise, any customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees are the recipient's responsibility.
Order issues
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email lineageneedles@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.
